Virtual Entities Revisited
Speaker: Alex Shlega |
In this session, we will re-visit Dataverse virtual entities. We will look at where they stand now, what are the limitations, and what are potential benefits. Then we'll deep-dive into it, and we'll build a custom data provider to surface data from Azure SQL database in our model-driven application.
About Alex Shlega
Having started in Dynamics back in the end of 2010, when CRM4 was still around, I find it almost hard to believe what happened to the product and my own career in the last 8 years. I was a pure .NET developer working within well-defined boundaries of the classic application development back then, and now I am a consultant/developer/solution architect, and, for the time being at least, a Microsoft MVP.. working with a quickly evolving product that has gone far beyond the boundaries of the original CRM system.
